Ronald Reagan Boyhood Home - From this House to the White House

Experience the presidential legacy of one of America’s most influential and beloved presidents. Tour the boyhood Home of the 40th U.S. President, Ronald Wilson Reagan. Enjoy a pictoral history of Reagan's life in the Visitors Center, browse the gift shop and enjoy a short DVD before the tour begins. Once in the Boyhood Home one of the knowledgable volunteers will guide you through the rooms where Ronald Reagan spent his childhood years. Enjoy the stories of Reagan's life in Dixon, IL as you visit each room in the home, walking in the same footsteps that Ronald Reagan did as a child and also as President when he visited the home in 1984. Don't forget to pay Bessy, the Home's Ford Model T a visit as well. Reminiscent of a car similar to one the Reagan's might have had, this ol' girl has been restored as well. The Reagan Home welcomes individuals and families on a daily basis from April 1 - Oct. 31.
